We are offering a discounted rate of $3,150 for Jan - March 2008; rentals may start and end on any day with a five night minimum (we feel this price offers excellent value for a newly renovated property in mint condition and is subject to change without notice) Location: rue de Grenelle, first French floor (2nd American floor); elevator Size: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with a tub & shower and WC across the hall, one with a stall shower); approximately 1150 square feet Sleeps: 4 optimal; 6 maximum (requires using daybed in petit salon), not recommended for long stays Children: The apartment is not appropriate for children under 12. Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets Smoking: Absolutely not The apartment is equipped with cable TV, VCR, CD player, two cordless phones, high speed internet access, hair dryers, a combination washer/dryer (not designed for large loads), microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and dishwasher. The gas stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer are just about as full-size as they come in Paris. There is an intercom system that allows you to buzz visitors in, and the building has a live-in concierge who provides added security (but does not speak English). If your questions about how to operate appliances, windows, heating, or other matters are not answered by the documentation found in the apartment, you may contact our Paris-based property manager at any time.
